Our Trip to Kenya
We traveled over to Kenya to see the grand opening at the school. This trip was a great experience, since it allowed us to really understand the issues in Africa first hand. We've documented every part of our trip in order to ensure that you guys can get a better understanding of the struggles faced by many in Kenya due to the lack of access to education. Check out our "Kenya Trip" page to get a glance at our trip and what we experienced while at Kenya. Look out for a vlog and official campaign video that we will release soon. Thanks everyone for all the support!
Making Education Cool
|
Our shades have just arrived! They're stylish and most importantly they rep TTFF and the importance of spreading education. These sunglasses will be given to the kids at the school as a surprise. A big part of our mission is to ensure that these kids are motivated and enjoy coming to school. We believe these shades will really be a pleasant surprise and it will certainly remind them how cool education really is. |
Construction in Kenya
Construction has been completed and we'd really like to thank everyone who has helped us in accomplishing our mission to give education to those in poverty. These pictures cover the initial stages of building towards the later stages. We'll be going over to Kenya June 5th - 16th, 2016 to be there for the opening ceremony at the school and to visit the kids who will be attending the school. |

Our Mission in a Nutshell
To give education to all is our mission. Our first project is to build a high school in Kenya, Africa. We're consulting with another 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Build African Schools on this first project. Build African Schools has built 19 schools in Africa, 2 of which are for famous tennis player, Serena Williams. Please take a look at the Mission tab of our website to get more of the specific details on our project and mission as a nonprofit.

A World of No Help: The Real Face of Kids in Africa
Most of us go through our lives knowing that in Africa and in places all around the world there is a prevalence of problems, but do we ever get a chance to see it: face to face? The answer is no. These pictures show that conditions in impoverished areas across the world are much worse than we like to believe. Seeing these pictures makes one want to find a way in which they can help and that is how we ourselves felt the first time we saw these images. Just putting ourselves in the feet of these African kids truly motivated us to start this nonprofit and begin the combat against poverty through the power of education.
